Hello, we are the AXE Brazilian community and we would like to make a proposal, we are requesting a help from 7800 AXE to use in various activities, marketing and complementing and publicizing AXE within 30 days. Brazil is the largest and most populous country in Latin America, being the fifth largest in the world in territory (equivalent to 47.3% of South American territory) and fifth in population (with more than 210 million inhabitants). It is a country with huge potential. We would like to do a mass dissemination work in Brazil about the use of crypto AXE currency, its utilities and its benefits, consequently influencing our neighboring countries. Our main vehicles of dissemination are social networks like Telegram and Youtube where we have partnerships with several youtubers of cryptocurrency tracking of the Brazilian scenario, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook. We will carry out AirDrops where we distribute currencies to attract new users. Through these dissemination vehicles we intend to directly reach more than 3 million people with the profile we are looking for and an additional 16 million people who will be indirectly affected by our disclosure, only in the Brazilian territory. In the present scenario, in the long run we project exponential growth, so we will be teaching technology, encouraging use and bringing in new supporters. Our target audience is younger age group, averaging 16 to 40 years. Each year Brazil has been growing the number of users and standing out in the crypto world. We want to take this growth of crypto currency users in Brazil and spread the word about AXE, increasing the number of supporters of the project, bringing more popularity, making it possible for everyone to know it, enjoying its benefits. Here in Brazil we have a team of people who are willing to make it happen. We thank you all for your attention and wish you a prosperous future for our currency. Below is our request and where the budget would be directed.

Brazilian Community AXE December 1st Financing Proposal
The AXE Brazilian community is submitting 1 funding proposals for the budget of the cycle beginning December 1st:
1) Monthly advertising and marketing spend for the Brazilian community: US$511.00 (monthly proposal)

What does this proposal fund?
This proposal finances the ongoing costs of spending with the Brazilian community - including managing groups and social networks, business development, marketing and support staff. This is the first proposal that will cover December, January & February spending:

1. Half the value of this proposal goes to the Chinese community;
2. AXE weekly giveaways to keep everyone who participates in the community always active and encourage all members who are in the Telegram group and social networks and provide information, support, help and questions to new members and assist in all community activities such as form of incentive;
3. Gratification for participating in AXE voting interest;
4. Airdrop for all countries that are part of Latin America with the exception of countries that already have their own groups and communities;
5. Campaigns and videos on Youtube;
6. Development of a website in Portuguese with services, tutorials, blog, videos, news and FAQ;
7. Surprise Activities, AXE QUIZ and General Cryptos;
8. Allowance for social media administrators and content production;
9. Technical, financial and information about AXE;
10. Social Projects: Sponsorship and encouragement of sport to get children out of the hands of narcotraffickers, recycling projects to reclaim the environment and crypto classes and lectures in public schools and universities about their use and advantages;
11. Creation of AXE Foundation.

With the current proposal, we are requesting funding of US$511.00 per month. We know that due to the fall of all cryptos these superblocks will not be able to cover all costs and expenses but we will tect through other means like donations, crowdfund and etc. to supply what is missing to complete the budget.
